Who is The Great Voice Company? We’re an education and voice over production company based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ that creates voice over and influential speaking training programs. We’ve been in business since 1990. Our company is owned by Susan Berkley.

Why are you charging us? This is either a charge for the book Voice Over Secrets Exposed, a Voice Consultation with our talent advisor, the Voice Over Toolkit, Mic To Money training, Speak To Perform Voice Over Club or one of our Virtual Bootcamps or other coaching programs.

Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you provided when you signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email support (at) greatvoice.com

Can we get a refund? It depends on what program you bought. Each of our programs has a unique refund policy. You can always email support (at) greatvoice.com to inquire about the refund policy for the program you purchased.
